Jumpstart Your Wellness Journey With a Walk!
Sometimes the most powerful solutions are the simplest. I was recently reminded of that during a hospital stay following surgery. Hooked up to a drain, stuck in a hospital room, I asked the doctors: How do we help this healing process? Their answer was clear —movement. Better breathing. More circulation. So I did the only thing I could do—I walked. In place. For nearly an hour, with a basketball game playing on the TV.
Less than 24 hours post-op, my heart rate was up, my lungs were working, and the next day? The drain was empty. I was healing, faster than expected. That moment reminded me of something we often forget: Walking still wins.

My wife Robin and I do it differently. She prefers walking laps around the room; I stand in place and walk. Both work. Both get the job done. The point is, we move. And we invite you to move with us.
